Daniel L. Finestein is an associate of the firm. He is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio (B.S. 2006) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D. 2009). He was Law Clerk to the Honorable John F. Malone (Superior Court, Chancery Division, Union County). Mr. Finestein is admitted to the bars of New Jersey (2009) and the United States District Court (D.N.J. 2010). Mr. Finestein’s practice is focused on municipal corporations and real estate litigation, including tax appeals and title disputes.
